Frequency of services: A minimum of two direct contacts per month is required.
Contacts are often more frequent, depending on the needs of
the family.
Fee for services: No
Criteria for accessing services (i.e., foster care, must reside in certain area):
• Pregnant (prefer to initiate services during pregnancy)
• Meet MCDSS Preventive criteria (at risk of foster care placement)
• Must be resident of Monroe County
• Must be willing to receive pre-natal care at RAMP and receive pediatric care at Strong Memorial Hospital
